A digital memorial platform for creating and sharing personalized memory pages.
Remember is an innovative digital memorial platform enabling the creation and sharing of personalized memory pages. In today's digital age, it offers a modern and accessible way to connect family and friends while preserving meaningful memories in an engaging and heartfelt manner.
Problem Statement
A redesign was needed to make it intuitive, accessible, and emotionally resonant for users.
Remember's digital memorial platform faced usability challenges, including a complex interface, difficult navigation, and limited personalization. A redesign was needed to make it intuitive, accessible, and emotionally resonant for users.
Research
User Research
A survey was conducted with 45 users, revealing that users often experienced frustration with the complex interface and unintuitive navigation. Due to this, there was a significant need to redesign Remember with a simpler, more emotionally supportive experience to help families preserve and share memories during difficult times, reducing stress and improving user satisfaction.
